It's not a generic multivitamin, and it's not a custom formula made up on the spot. It's the pack we'd recommend for someone with your answers, and you see every ingredient and dose before you buy. If your needs change, retake the assessment for an updated match.
Several. We combine the supplements matched to you, usually four to seven, into one daily sachet. You take a single packet instead of juggling bottles.
You can buy a one-time supply or subscribe. Most people subscribe so their pack arrives each month without reordering, and because supplements only work if you take them consistently. Subscribers also save 10% on monthly orders, or 25% on prepaid three-month plans. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from your account, with no phone call and no fee. Prepaid three-month plans are paid upfront and aren’t refundable for months you haven’t received.
Log in to your account and open Subscriptions, where you can skip a shipment, pause, or cancel. Every subscription email also links straight there. Changes apply to your next order as long as you make them before it's charged, and there's no phone call and no fee. If anything goes wrong or you can't find what you need, email support@shopcapsi.com and we'll sort it out.
Because every pack is a sealed supplement made for you, it's a non-resellable and non-returnable item. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund it. And if you'd simply rather not receive another pack, you can skip or cancel anytime from your account before your next order is charged.
Yes, the whole system is built from recyclable materials, including the film that holds each day's pills, and the packs use about 80% less plastic than traditional supplement bottles. The dispenser box is recyclable, FSC-certified cardboard, and even the tape is eco-friendly. The one thing we can't do for you is the last step: the materials are recyclable, but you'll still need to put them in the right recycling stream for your area.
